The authentic taste of South Tyrol

In harmony with nature, we grow lettuce, potatoes, aromatic herbs, strawberries, raspberries, currants, apricots and apples on site. Pigs and chickens are living on our farmyard. Our homemade products are the result of a lot of effort, that we take on with pleasure to offer you something special: fresh and natural delicacies to preserve the authentic taste. What we don’t cultivate ourselves is obtained from local, trusted farmers from Val Venosta.

To let you know where the delicacies brought to the table come from, we have created two quality brands.

Tuberis T contains all the food we produce, transformed into true delights in the kitchen. With the V seal, we identify the dishes and ingredients of Venostan origin, which are distinguished by a particular freshness, guaranteed by the short supply chain.
