This special type of triathlon starts each year in Naturno (518 m) and leads up to the Val Senales Glacier (3212 m). The athletes have to prove themselves respectively in the disciplines MTB, running and ski touring. In addition to the men's and women's individual competitions, there is also a team and mixed team competition. In memory of the world-famous Ötzi, the "man of the ice".

More than 700 runners take part in this unique running adventure on the second highest mountain pass in Europe. Starting point is Prato allo Stelvio (915) and the following 42,195 km lead to the pass height of 2760 m. First the runners first pass hiking- and gravel roads as well as alpine climbs and finally reach the goal via the pass road.
Since many years the run around the lake Resia enjoys great popularity. About 3.000 runners from 20 countries start in Graun on the famous church tower and than run 15.3 km around lake Resia. Professionals, Hand biker, Nordic Walker, hobby athletes as well as kids participate.
As a particularly noble and resistant rock the marble of Laces is known all over the world. Experience the "white gold" at first hand when it is celebrated together with the typical Val Venosta apricot in the summer.
