The South Tyrol Sustainability Label ® (Level 3) makes this commitment visible. It stands for clear criteria and for measures that we implement, review, and continuously refine. Environmental awareness, quality, social responsibility, and the love for our region – these are the values that guide our daily actions.

The Sustainability Award recognises outstanding commitment to sustainability in the hotel industry and the provision of environmentally friendly products and services. As we constantly strive to operate as sustainably as possible, participating in this initiative was a natural step for us. We are proud to have made it into the Top 10 in the category “Sustainable Tourism Pioneers.” For us, this award is not just a title – it’s confirmation that our daily efforts truly make a difference.

European Tourism Sustainability Monitoring

Staying grounded – and green

Because sustainability is such an important topic for us, we want to move it forward not only within our own hotel, but beyond. That’s why we are proud participants of the “ETSM2030.” We were selected as one of just 84 hotels to take part in this EU-funded monitoring project. Together with other environmentally conscious businesses, we are helping shape a more sustainable future for the tourism industry. Within this initiative, new projects and products are developed to optimise sustainability in hotels and gastronomy. Training programmes and learning modules are also offered to continuously improve environmental performance. For us, it’s about staying responsible – today and tomorrow.
