In the interest of sustainability

The true luxury lies in the environment

We enjoy working in harmony with nature, because we rely on sustainable and environmentally-friendly luxury as well as authentic holidays. See for yourself what exactly we mean by:

  • Photovoltaic system: The sun provides us with the necessary electricity.
  • Wood chip plant: The wood of the Venosta Valley as our heat supplier.
  • Garden and field: From the soil of our hometown we bring food to the table.
  • Livestock: meat and eggs fresh from their own stable.
  • Granderwasser: purity and freshness for body and soul.
  • Zero-kilometer products: Whether in the beauty or food sector, regionality is our top priority.

Sustainability Award 2023

An award for our environmental commitment

During the Hotel Fair in Bolzano, companies in the hotel sector are honoured with the Sustainability Award for providing eco-friendly products and services. Demonstrating our unwavering commitment to operating in the most sustainable manner, we submitted our application and secured a spot in the top 10 of the "Sustainable Tourism Pioneers" category.

European Tourism Sustainability Monitoring

On the front line for even more sustainable tourism

We want other accommodation facilities to take the issue of sustainability to heart as much as we do, so we wholeheartedly participate in the ETSM2030 project, financed by the European Union to promote attention to the environment in the hospitality sector. We are 84 selected hotels, with other companies sensitive to the issue, working together to make tourism even more sustainable, developing innovative ventures and products to optimize our work. In addition, the group organizes training and in-depth meetings on respect for resources and on the certifications that can be obtained.
