Know-How

Good to know

You may have a few organisational questions before booking or want to clear up any uncertainties before your arrival. Here we’ve gathered the most important information for you. Of course, you can always reach out to us by phone or email.

Prices and Payment

  • The prices are per person per night, including the Tuberis pampering board.
  • On request, we can provide the price for overnight stays with breakfast or for a double room for single use.
  • Our offers cannot be combined.
  • The hotel bill can be paid in cash (according to applicable legal regulations), with a debit card, MasterCard, EC card, or Visa.
  • As usual, you can pay the bill at the end of your stay with cash or a valid credit or debit card. However, we recommend settling the amount in advance or on the day of departure via bank transfer rather than using a credit card. This saves us additional commission fees, which we can use for improvements to the hotel and your wellbeing.

General

  • You can park your car free of charge in our underground garage.
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas. However, ashtrays are available on our terrace.
  • The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the hotel.
  • For ecological reasons, we have decided no longer to provide slippers. Therefore, we kindly ask you to bring your own.

Arrival and Departure

  • Your room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • If you are arriving after 7:00 PM, please inform us in advance.
  • On departure day, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
  • The Luegbrücke at the Brenner Pass does not restrict access to Hotel Tuberis.

Dogs

  • Dogs are warmly welcomed at our hotel. For the stay, we charge €19 per day (excluding food and dog bed). Dogs are not allowed in the wellness, sauna, or sunbathing areas.
  • Special cleaning is carried out in rooms occupied by dogs to ensure a hygienic and clean environment for future guests.

Cancellation Policy

  • No charges apply if you cancel up to 1 month before your holiday start date.
  • For cancellations between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked arrangement.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks before arrival, or in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
  • The booking is considered binding once a written confirmation is received.
  • Cancellation must be in writing.
  • Any down payments made will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs outside the specified cancellation period, the deposit will be credited and can be used for a future stay.
  • Purchased vouchers cannot be cancelled or transferred.
